Zen-Me-Flow is a work out for the mind, body and spirit.
The class begins with meditation and breath awareness.
This then takes us on to warming up the body with some stretches and chi qui gong movements to improve flexibility and circulation.
we then perform some gentle yoga asanas focusing on balance and core strength.
The class will finish with a 10 minute guided relaxation technique.
